Noise Pop 20th Street Block Party
Saturday, August 17: The annual Noise Pop 20th Street Block Party will take place along both 19th and 20th streets between Bryant and Harrison streets. The event hours will be from noon to 6 p.m. For more information, visit: http://www.20thstreetblockparty.com/.
The following street closures will be required from noon, Friday, August 16 through midnight, Saturday, August 17:
- 19th Street between Harrison and Bryant streets
- 20th Street between Harrison and Bryant streets
- Alabama Street between 18th and 21st streets
- Florida Street between 18th and 21st streets
Perry’s Anniversary
Sunday, August 18: Perry’s, a classic San Francisco restaurant on Union Street, will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a block party on Union Street between Laguna and Buchannan streets. Celebration hours will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A street closure of Union Street between Laguna and Buchanan streets will be required between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Sunday.
Sunday Streets: SoMa
Sunday, August 18: The seventh Sunday Streets event will take place in SoMa on Folsom Street between Essex and 10th streets. The route will open the roadway to people walking, bicycling and other recreational activities from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For further event details, visit http://www.sundaystreetssf.com/sunday-streets-2019/soma081819/.
From 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Folsom Street between Essex and 10th streets will be closed to all vehicular traffic.
Cross traffic at Folsom Street will be allowed on all major streets: 2nd Street; 3rd Street; 4th Street; 5th Street; 6th Street; 7th Street; 8th Street; 9th Street; and 10th Street.
Intersections of smaller alleys at Folsom Street will be closed. Local access will be maintained.
