Updated Logisticare Rules:

All voucher fares are paid only for metered receipt amounts
Trips to East Bay are paid from Yerba Buena Island
Trips to South Bay are paid from Bayshore and Tunnel

Rides in the same municipality, the meter should be started upon arrival.
1 hr paid maximum wait time
All rides are straight meter

Rides are dispatched out equally, Clients do not have a regular driver, only Wheelchair Clients and our VIP Clients do.
Cancels, No Gos and No Shows do not get paid out (we are working on it)
Fare amounts must be called in after each drop off to 725-867-6952

Fare amounts can be texted to Dispatch@yellowsf.com (Must include Trip ID# and fare amount)
If you refuse a ride or do not go to assigned confirmed pick up, you will not be eligible to receive orders for up to a week under managements discretion.

Starting 3/11/19 No need to come to the office to pick up vouchers,
Please expect payments to reach your account up to 10 business days
